대한민국 20대. 재테크에 미쳐라

예전에 베스트셀러 였던 이책, 읽었던 책을 다시 읽었다.
당연히 재테크에 관심이 있었던 것이고,, 요즘들어 궁금했다.
나이들어서 돈걱정 안하고 살고 싶기 때문에..
돈이란 정말 열심히 하면 뒤에 쌓여 있는 것일까?
난 정말 돈을 많이 벌수 있을까??
책에서 많은 궁금증을 해소 시키기는 했지만.. 더많은 궁금증을 만들어 주었다.
하지만 배울것 많고 돈에대해 무지했던 나에게 많은 것을 가르켜준 책.
이책을 빌리면서 다른 여러 재테크 책을 함께 빌렸지만..
다른 것들은 차례만 보고 읽지 않았다..
공통점이 있기 때문이고,, 대부분의 사람들은 남들이 아는것 만큼 알지 못한것 같다.

*실전복리 계산법
원금 * (1+수익률)^기간

*현가 > 미래 한 시점에서 1000만원의 가치가 현재는 얼마에 해당하는가를 알아보는 개념이다.
예를 들어
연 10%의 이자를 주는 1년 짜리 정기예금 상품이 있는데 1년 뒤 1100만원을 받으려면 현재 얼마를 저축해야 하는가라고 물었다라고 하면,
쉽게 답할수 있다. 바로 1000만원
이때 1000만원을 정기예금 상품이 1년 뒤 가져다 줄 1100만원의 현재가치, 현가 라고 말한다.
1100만원은 미래가치가 된다.
현재가치 = 미래가치/(1+r)^n (r은 수익률, n은기간)
따라서 : 예상 수익률 언제나 계산해 보도록 하라.

*이자를 4%받는 다면 실제 받은 이율은 16.5%(즉 받는이자의 16.5%가 빠진다. 이자소득 15% + 주민세 1.5%=16.5%)

더많은 궁금증은..
현재나는 돈을 벌지 않은 그냥 학생이고..나중에 필드에 나가서
현실적으로 순수히 모을수 있는 돈은 얼마나 될까?
연5~10%의 수익을 어떻게 40년 동안은 유지할수 있을까?
사회나가서 돈벌면 무엇부터 해야할까?
20대에 주식은 정말 괜찮은거인가?

가장 큰 결심은 20대가 투자의 적기라는 것이다.. ㅎㅎ
고로 지금이다.
